Story behind the song
it's 3 in the morning and baby is ready to party.. Hush, Little Baby, is a traditional lullaby. Although it is thought to be British (note; mockingbirds are from the New World...), the author and date of origin are unknown. The lyrics promise all kinds of rewards to the child if he or she is quiet. All through the Night - Ar Hyd y Nos - is a Welsh Folk Song which was first recorded in 1794 in Edward Jones' Musical and Poetical Relics of the Welsh Bards.

The warm acoustic guitar tone and harmony guitars really work well together here. The sustaining notes sound dreamy and top shelf arrangement and mix!!!

I know, those little boxes are so hard to avoid, huh? Sometimes it's OK to just give in and let them run wild, and I'm glad you did. Lovely little ditty MD :)
