With leasing rights you can use the track for only one profitable commercial recording or broadcast purpose, you will have non-exclusive rights to the track. This is perfect if you're working on a low budget album. Leasing rights can be sold multiple times by M.O.Z.A.R.T Productions and the track remains on the website. Once you have decided on the track you want and has paid the leasing fee, You will login into a special site where you will be able to download the track as a .wav or .mp3 192kbs format. For Leasing purposes the track will be in stereo format. In addition you will receive a signed M.O.Z.A.R.T Productions contract via email granting you non-exclusive rights to the beat, in which you will sign and fax back to M.O.Z.A.R.T Production stating you also agree to the terms.
EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS:
With exclusive rights you'll be able to use the track for all profitable commercial recording or broadcasting purposes. Once exclusive rights are sold the track is no longer available on the website. Exclusive rights are sold to only one user and cannot be resold or transferred to any other party. Once you have purchased the track, you will again recieve instructions to a special site to download the track. In this download however you will receive the full track as audio, the full track in wav format, and the separate parts of the track as individual wav files. In addition you will also receive a signed M.O.Z.A.R.T Productions contract via email granting you exclusive rights to the track, in which you will fax a signed copy back to M.O.Z.A.R.T Production.
