Yeah man... i do just that.. i search for samples in the track, cut them out precisely, paste them and put some reverb tail on it for better sound, and voila..
If you want some, email me and i will send you a folder of my favorite samples...

Right, you asked what i used for samples? well... A LOT! hahaha...
I mainly use samples i got from all kinds of artist... in flames, children of bodom, fear factory, gorefest, etc...
But my favorite samples come from the man himself.. Andy Sneap... check it out:
