Wanderer Wanderer
This is the first track of our demo. It is an up-tempo blues rock anthem with a big chorus and a nice fat, double rhythm part. This coupled with slap bass, driving drums and a magnificent solo make it a great gig starter and a catchy anthem.
Poverty Report Poverty Report
Poverty Report, the 2nd track on our demo, is totally different from Wanderer in that it's a lot quieter and a slower and is in a melancholy D minor key that gives it an air of sombreness.
The Dawn Song The Dawn Song
Dom wanted a nice quiet, acoustic folk song with just him and a guitar. The rest of us ruined it with our backing vocals!
Keep On Movin' Keep On Movin'
An happy clappy one with clean backing and a wah lead guitar. It sickens me!
Desert Hyacinth Desert Hyacinth
This is an uptempo folk anthem with a nice modern hard rock riff, reminiscent of Muse and a rocking solo! It's got really deep lyrics too, which I don't know the meaning of
Well here's the dealio. We all go to the same school and Mayank, Dom and I were already really tight. We played a "gig" at this random party at Christmas last year and we did a couple of Hendrix and Dylan covers and we thought it worked really well and that it was really fun so we decided to form a band. We found Joe and Ben, who we were vaguely friends with, at school. Ben was a bass god and Joe was a really great drummer so we decided to have a jam and see how it worked and thankfully it worked really well and decided to do some of Dom's songs and record them.
