Exclusive: (200-1000 USD)
You will have complete ownership of the beat. As such you are able to use it as you wish, commercially or not. The beat/beats will be sent as a high quality raw .wav file ready for mastering or release. There is no additional charge for tracking out the beat. An exclusive rights contract will also be provided to prove your legal ownership of the beat. The price will vary according to who is buying it, and how it is intended to be used.
Lease: (50-200 USD)
A leased beat will give the buyer the right to use the beat for demos or projects which will not sell more than 2000 copies. The buyer will not have full ownership of the beat. A beat can be sold on a lease untill exclusive rigths are bought by another party. As always a contract will be sent to validate the terms of sale.
Payments can be made by Paypal, Western Union or bank transfer. Other methods of payment may also be accepted in certain cases.
