I create instrumental music. My songs, generally, are short, to the point and, I'd like to think, creative and interesting along the way.
I create about 98% of my music from my Digital Audio Workstation - Logic Pro 8.
I've written music for two films by a good friend.
As with most musicians, my influences are numerous and varied! I tend to default to instrumental music, especially soundtrack music such as Hans Zimmer, Alexandre Desplat and David Arnord; and Jazz/Rock such as Return to Forever, Stanley Clarke and George Duke; or ambient Symphonic music.
Primarily, Logic Pro 8 and a Korg Trition Studio workstation.
I'm not highly skilled on any particular instrument but, throughout my musical life, I've enjoyed "composing" music, that is, creating multi textural and multi rhythmic songs.
