Disciples of Sorrow is a Goth/Darkwave band from Pretoria, South Africa. Influenced by bands such as Diary of Dreams and Cruxshadows Disciples of Sorrow was started early in 1998 by Keith van Zyl and Allen Simpson in an attempt to create a different sounding Gothic style of music. The band was started in April of 2007 by two ex-members of the gothic rock band Disciples of Sorrow, Vassago shal D'emone and Chrystovarr D'annan.
