A West Virginia native, Greg Mason has been writing songs almost all of his life. 'The first time I heard the Beatles at a very young age, I knew this was something I had to do. I would take the songs I heard on the radio and write new words to the melodies.' In high school, Greg joined his first band and began writing melodies and songs of his own. 'We were big into punk music at the time and I had almost no knowledge of music theory so it worked out well for us!' But, in 1987, a trip
