Let me introduce myself to you, I'm a dutch country singer, and I like alot of different music styles like traditional, bluegrass, swing, rock 'n roll etc. I'm trying to make country music more populair in Holland, and I put alot of work into writing and recording my songs. Everybody Falls first emerged on the scene in 2006, a classic rock cover band playing the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Santana and Johnny Winter. In January 2009, after an almost 10 month hiatus, the group has returned transformed. Out are the laid-back hits of yesterday and in are the brash and gritty songs of today. With a number of catchy originals and a slew of covers by artist like Evanescence, Theory of a Deadman and Rise Against, this group gets the house rockin.
I'm easily inspired either by personal experiences, things said in conversation, being given a challenge, or being moved or amused by something. Many genres.
This is my attempt at coming out of 20 some years of musical retirement. My goal is fun. I'll define this 'fun' as.....creating some music, relearning to play, and if anyone likes what I do....I've more than succeeded. I play a Les Paul or Stratocaster, a Jazz bass and a Yamaha keyboard. LET ME CLARIFY!! I attempt all these things. I've especially never been a keyboard player, nor a vocalist. I'm still learning recording and mixing.......AND!! have a long way to go.
