Kalena are a 5-piece alt-indie outfit described as being stone Roses in Outlook and Editors filtered through the libertines in sound. Kalena are a five piece alt/indie band from Leicester and Nottingham comprising of Andy Cawrey (Guitar), Andy Cook (Vocals), Tom Kilsby (Bass), Paul Stewart (Guitar) and Nick Wale (Drums). Formed in 2002 Kalena have cut out a sound that really refers only to them. With a keen ear for melody and tune, their songs have acquired a cutting edge of heart and soul.
