Former guitarist for progressive rock band, Dayana, from Johore Bahru. Starts picking up guitar at 15, and starts seriously playing at 18. formed Dayana in 1988 and starts entering band competition all over Johore and Malaysia, including Pesta Muzik Kingsway in 1989 in Pahang and held at 2nd place. Won previous band competition from 1986 to 1991. Last competition entered is Juara Rock Johor Tengah in 1991 and held at 1st place.
