Mersy Street's first album “Kingsford Drive” echoes’s ‘70s pop with a likeness to early Doobie Brothers and the simplicity of 10,000 Maniacs. Other influences l “Mersy Street is more of a project than anything else. Over the years the people involved in my life and music have changed and that effects everything, the sound,the writing etc. You never do anything in a vacuum, especially artistic expression and that includes everything from taking a picture and painting to song writing.”
