I've been thinking about this for a long time. Why am I never happy with my tracks? Why do they sound so off? So not pro? Well, it's simple. I need to learn how to mix my stuff right. Mix and master. I've shyed away from much of that technical stuff, partly because the limitations I have with software is sometimes so damn discouraging, partly because I've figured I'm simply not good enough.
