I am a group fitness instructor and personal trainer as well as a graphic artist, musician, songwriter. I love being creative, painting being crafty. My greatest passion is the writing.

I run the "open mic" at the local pub every tuesday nite which has helped me to connect to the musical personalities of our area on a regular and consistent basis. A wonderful and magical nite when anything can happen, musically and otherwise....
