I was born in the Caribbean. In the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in the early 1970s. I come from a poor background but I was raised with proper values. Both my parents were musically inclined, however my dad is a professional Entertainer here at home. My mom was a hobbyist before she passed. My siblings all have the gift, however my brother Joel and I chose to pursue a career with our talent. Joel built his studio in early 2009 and I recorded my first solo track in 2011 shortly after my husband and musical director died. Yes I was married to a brilliant musician. Highly accomplished Bassist. This is my way of honoring his memory.
