@Rotnae
I play with only two fingers after an accident 5 years ago took the other two
Literally one note shy of a chord, Rotnaes sound is as distinctive as the hand that makes it.
He is a musical anomaly. His genre completely deviates from the standard.
His sound has been compared to Bob Dylan in a recent poll You can hear the influence
of Bluegrass Funk/metal and Alternative Folk dripping from his mini electric acoustic
in a 2 finger fret frenzy. Coupled with his scratchy articulate voice ,
create a dance between lyrical puzzles and,
alternative shaping of chords gives him a strangely familiar, yet slightly
'outside of the box" sound.

It’s been a long 7 years since the accident and I wish I could say things are settling into a norm as far as my hand performance. I wish I could. The truth is between the severity of the aftermath and the brutal practice regime I put myself through I. An attempt to get back to the level I was on before the accident has taken its toll. Things I could play one year after accident are impossible for me now. I have gotten pretty good and quick playing licks with just one finger but unfortunately it makes me a one trick pony. And I’m not ok with that. I will forever play guitar no matter what it takes. But my days of relying on it are in the past. So in the meantime I have a ton of inventory of songs and am currently in college getting my Audio Production degree. The music plays on, even after the day the music died.
