Sibusiso Nyathi (born April 07 1996) better known by his stage name Soul Vision, is an independent South African singer and songwriter from Germiston Georgetown. He is also the founder of the clothing company Regular Steez.
Early Life
Soul Vision attended Good Hope High School for 3 years before moving to Johannesburg for his final year of high school before his music career took off, he was often recognized for doing covers on well known songs. The origin of his name "Soul Vision" comes from a friend that lived in the same area as he was.
Career
In 2015 Soul Vision met Trallavelle, who also helped him write his own music, soon as he learnt how to do so, he started taking his music career seriously and grew as an artist. the first single Vision released was entitled "Game of thrones". And he released another single 2018 "Tonic Down", that showed growth in his art and lyrical content. He then finished high school journey. and started working in order to fund his music career since his parents where not supportive in this kind of career.
In 2018 he took a break form his music career and couldn't manage to get back on it in 2020 due to the COVID-19. Soul Vision is now ready to drop the EP "ICARUS" he has recorded during the course of the previous year (2020). The EP consists of Four songs, "Icarus, I Believe, Dance in the dark and On the low." He has now managed to even work with Costa Titch's producer (CLUMSY_sa) and Moet_sa who is now Costa Titch's manager. He's going to drop his album Raised By The Stop Sign later next year.
Vision also worked with Raplyf producers Don and Mukisi on a single "Uthatndo Lwakho" but was never released . Soul says some of his biggest influences are PartyNextDoor, Drake, The Weeknd, Trallavelle, Eminem, J Cole and Lauryn Hill.
