Born in Belfast, Raised in Carrickfergus,Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland, (Robert Gary Dempster) now living in Portsmouth,Hampshire, England, UK. One of the Finest Singer/ Songwriters to come out of the Country. Gary has travelled extensively throughout the World, Entertaining Troops in Germany to Passengers on Cruise Ships at home and Europe and even down to Australia, in fact within both Hemispheres. As a Television and Radio and Recording Artiste, Gary has had and still is having some success throughout Various Continents as his music is Broadcast on many Radio Stations both Terrestrial and across the Internet. As a Live Performer his forte is Country Music and having appeared on Coast to Coast TV at the Grand Ol' Opry Studios in Nashville then quite recently had some recognition with mentions and a small award from Nashville Songwriting Companies. Depending on his audiences, he likes to perform suitable songs from his vast repertoire by introducing some standard classic songs of various genres alongside his own compositions. Gary has been known to sing Irish Ballads, 50's Rock and Roll, 60's and 70's Pop in fact he diversifies amazingly with confidence and is quite at home in most Genres, even a bit of Cabaret. A comedian he is not however he likes to crack an odd yarn or Joke to his audience whilst getting to know them. Gary has many Fans and Friends Worldwide. He has been performing on and off Cruise Ships for over 50 years and appeared in Holiday Resorts / Camps, Hotels, Restaurants, Social Clubs, Bars, Private Functions, No Venue too Small.
