Brainchild of Anirudh Goswamii and Nikhil Auluck way back in 2003, Level 9 is a high energy musical journey on the wings of funky blues and pop. Moving away from the “rock-till-you-drop” genre, this eclectic band displays a new kind of energy straight from the heart.
Their popular track 'We're All Here For You' has made waves on the compilation CD titled 'FC1' released by First City magazine featuring best original music by Indian bands in 2005.
They've performed at Channel V Launchpad 2007 among the top 16 bands of India.
Level 9 was a part of The Thompson Foundation (which works in the field of HIV/AIDS) compilation CD – Keep the Promise (music on HIV/AIDS) which featured songs from leading Indian Bands.
Their latest composition 'The Bus Song' was featured in the July issue of The Rolling Stone's Compilation CD titled 'NOISES'. - July 2008
They recently rocked the Great Indian Rock festival in Delhi , November 2008!
One of the first few bands in Delhi to bring on the culture of an original voice through their songs, Level 9 is a sure-shot hit with all serious music lovers!
