Boss Regis was born in Brooklyn, New York to Haitian immigrants Fernande and Jean-Robert Regis who moved from Port-au-Prince, Haiti just a few years prior to embark on a better life from the poverty stricken island that they called home for all their lives. Boss was raised poor in Brooklyn and soon his family moved to South Norwalk, Connecticut where things were just as bad financially. One thing however that he did have always was a hot meal on the table, clothes on his back, and music. In other words, there was always enough. Boss started recording and producing music at the tender age of 15 but it wasn't until many years later that he realized that a life in the streets peddling Dope would only lead him to prison and away from his family and his destiny as the Artist who would change the Music and Movie world forever and impact lives with his God given talent and message. Boss is currently working on his 2nd Studio album "ICONIC" , his Documentary and directorial debut "Rag 2 Swag", the 1st of a line of Books titled "BO$$: Paying Da Cost" a semi biographical informative with advice for the inner city youth of today.
