Hometown: Originally North Carolina. Currently Atlanta for the past 7 years.
I feel like everything happens for a reason and getting into music later I think was really the overall reason that I did end up moving down to Atlanta where there is such a huge hip hop culture and history.
I started making beats when I was 18 years old. I always knew that I had an ear for music; tapping along to every stem of an instrumental from a young age. I make music because I feel like you can tell stories through it that people relate to as well as influencing people. The fact that you can evoke a certain feeling, emotion or storyline without even adding any vocals to a track is a beautiful thing. Everybody likes different genres and sounds that influence hip hop. Bridging various eclectic sounds and backgrounds really allows me to show my diversity as a producer.
Hopefully the music that I contribute to the world can make a difference in the direction that music heads towards over the next two decades.
My music influences are Metro Boomin, Noah '40' Shebib, Sonny Digital, Play Picasso, 808 Mafia, 88 Keys and Hi-Tek. My artist influences are people like J. Cole, Tory Lanez, Jay-Z, 2 Chainz, and Future.
