Cutty Dre is a music producer, engineer & mixing engineer located in Los Angeles. Originally from San Francisco, Cutty made his first beat at age 15 & was never able to stop. His love for creating music continued as he graduated with a BA in Music Production and Engineering. Following college, Cutty spent the next 10 years as a Professor specializing in MIDI instruction at The Los Angeles Recording School, while also producing multiple artists and compiling a catalog with his songwriting partner JT Harker, known as the duo "The Bash Brothers."
Cutty now works alongside Mr. Porter, producer for Dr. Dre, Eminem, 50 Cent, Royce Da 5'9 & many more.(Mr. Porter is also known for his role in D-12 as "Kon Artis" & is currently referred to as the solo artist "Denaun.")
Cutty Dre is signed to Golden Ticket Management & has worked with multiple artists from American Idol & The Voice. His latest placement was engineering for a production by the one & only Eminem, ft. Denaun called,"This Corner," to be released on the upcoming soundtrack for the film,"Southpaw" ft. Jake Gyllenhaal, executive produced by Eminem as well.
Cuttys productions have been heard on many occasions via MTV, VH1, A&E, Hollywood Films & Indie Films as well. He has won 1st place in multiple iStandard producers showcases and holds a catalog exceeding 100 songs including instrumentals, full songs & hooks, created to be pitched for licensing & artist placement opps and now available for YOU to use as well.
