!!!!!!!!!*****VETERANS MRE PROGRAM IDEA***** !!!!!!!!!!!!
I had an Idea, For a Homeless Veteran Charity. OK here it goes...
Id like to ask any men or women in service to donate any left over allotted MRE's along with any cash donations. twice a week we could take the cash donations and go to the dollar tree and buy simple toiletries (wash rags, socks, toothbrush, deodorant, comb, etc, along with cases of water) and get paper bags (medium brown bags) each brown bag would contain 2 MRE's and 1 of ea toiletries, roll up the bag staple them shut and just ride around 2 times a week dropping them off to people in need mainly geared towards our Veterans but also anyone else who made need simple survival. It gets rough our their even to stay at a shelter you have to check in and out on time and be sober and drug free, which is good but sobriety isn't that easy, you still have to survive. this would be a completely "no strings" giving, no questions, no rehab no ID just helping people that have had bad luck or have made bad decisions... Like i said this is an Idea but i would love to actually pull this off, if anyone out their would like to help me make this a reality pls message me
