Steven Junior Leonard Williams is a young Jamaican/English 18 year old with a passion to succeed in the music production career. Occupation: Producer/Song-Writer/Dancer/Sound Engineer/Pianist/Model Growing up young Steven went from a crazy, wild Sir Thomas Abney primary school student to an ambitious secondary student at Gladesmore Community school studying Music,Dance, Drama, English and Maths. Listening to RnB artists such as TLC, Aaliyah, Drake, PARTYNEXTDOOR, The Weeknd and Jon B, music was obviously a key interest in Stevens life. Being inspired by his music teacher at Gladesmore his teacher played a drake song instrumental called 'Lust For Life' highly interested in the background of the song Steven analysed the instrumental and started to search the background of the song in which he then found the producer of the song who is drakes personal best friend and sound engineer who goes by the name Noah ’40' Shebib. Stevie follows the footsteps of his influence ‘Noah ’40’ Shebib’ he says that ’40 is a brilliant producer and a genius too, I study him quite frequently. I study his engineering skills just by hearing his music and also the type of sounds he uses for his productions.' As the early years of Gladesmore progressed Steven was no longer known a Steven but known and now formally known as 'StevieBbeatz' which was created by his old friend at Gladesmore who studied music with him through year 8,9 and 10, his friend came up with the name 'Stevie b' but as Steven grew up and became more mature, he realised the name was too childish for his age and came up with the name 'StevieBbeatz' as he wanted it to be unique and the only name that referred to him in the search bar. In year 9 as Stevie showed more interest and passion in music his production of his own instrumental got played at the O2 arena for a blast beat competition. As time flew Stevie grew highly popular on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Tumblr an as he grew popular the more his music got popular an the downloads grew larger, for example his own remix on Beyoncé's- drunk in love track got uploaded by a YouTube account which had 45k subscribers. in addition Steven also got busy an made an instrumental mixtape called 'The Keys' which was released on his birthday (December 5th) and had 10 free instrumentals which gave him a lot of exposer. Stevie received many positive feedbacks about his Instrumental mixtape such as ‘ There are some absolutely fantastic pieces of music on it, I can’t wait till you get discovered’, it even got artists such as Nolay and RoxXxan interested in it. Stevie even created a EP called ‘DREAMS’ which is all about the past/ everyones dreams and future, he also received positive feedbacks about it. Not only was he noticed in the UK but also in the USA where he was contacted by a rapper/singer named Uriel who released a song produced by steviebbeatz and received 45k views and was played on American radios. The BBC then noticed him last year. As he was getting more noticed, Stevens fans grew and as they grew the more positive feedback came which gave him the strength to carry on with music. As StevieBbeatz looks onto his near future he plans on going to a music university, get into and more involved with the music industry as a producer/song writer and sound engineer, which he then wants to progress into becoming a music teacher for secondary schools to give aspiring music producers/ sound engineers and future song writers a chance to achieve on music like he did.
