Rapper/Singer/Songwriter - Stoney Brown, hailing from Detroit, MI has been patiently waiting to take over the rap game. Raised in a household where music was always prevalent," Brown quickly took a liking and was inspired by artists such as Eminem, Jay-Z and Tupac Shakur.
Currently, the 23-year-old rapper's music is driven by, not only his experiences in the Motor City, but also his anger towards the police. In January of 2013, Brown released an autobiographical mixtape entitled "Mama'z Kurrupt'd Seed" which went on to recieve +3000 hits and a great response from listeners.
After submitting music to various industry insiders, Brown quickly grabbed the attention of rapper "Stat Quo" (formerly signed to Eminem's Shady Records). Although still unsigned, you can hear Stoney Brown featured on Stat Quo's most recent album entitled "ATLA", alongside the likes of legends such as Scarface and Devin The Dude. While currently workin on his forthcoming project, tentatively titled "Rise Of Tha Rollin Stoner", you can expect to hear more from Stoney Brown.
