Tina Marie grew up on Sand Mountain, in the city of Albertville, Alabama. She was inspired by her mother at a young age to sing and play guitar. Her mother Peggy Stone, sang country and Gospel music for many years. " I can remember waking up one morning and mama was on TV. I looked at my daddy and said, how did mama get in there?" Tina Marie's mother sang on The country Boy Eddie Show and many telethons back in the day. Music runs deep in her veins! Other than her mother, she was influenced by Loretta Lynn, and her profound songwriting. Tina Marie's songs are about family, friends, life, and the love of God. She grew up on a small farm and her father was a Machinist. Life was hard, money was tight, but there was always love she says.
Tina Marie started song writing and playing guitar at an early age. She has a unique old school way of writing, and it seems her songs are all so very different. She has entertained audiences over and over with her original material.
