John Douglas can not be defined by any genre of music, whilst he started his career as a gigging singer and musician in Country & Rock n Roll ,he has dipped his guitar into many styles.
His latest release ‘Hey Mr Nashville’ sees him return to his roots and those early years, not just as musician but as a heartfelt request for more ‘real bands’ and less ‘pickup trucks’. John stated “This didn’t take long to pen, as it was inspired by most songs coming out of Nashville, it did however take 3 years to record and produce, you have to practice what you preach”.
John is currently promoting ‘Hey Mr Nashville’ across radio stations in the UK and Australia and is receiving some fantastic feedback and air time.’

His next release is nearly completed and has an ‘island’ feel, inspired by artists such as Jimmy Buffett & The Zac Brown Band, to ensure its enjoyed to the max, John is planning a summer release, think rum, boats, Jersey and well...you’ll just have to wait and hear
