My Name Is Bobby Johnson I am a Singer/Songwriter & Entertainer. I have been writing country music
for the last 40 Years and am a pro writer. I play 8 different Instruments which really hepls me to be
able to record in my own studio. Great demos cost a lot of money and thanks to God above I am
blessed to write and record. I write mostly Old style Country Music and Country Gospel Music.
I am a christian and owe my life to God and live by him.
I have written with some very great writers such as Louis Brown, JDCole, Steve Owen And the list goes
on. I also have 2 groups on Facebook called the Country Song Writers Lounge 1 & 2 where writers and
artist can mingle and showcase there work. We also help other writers wanting to learn how to write music.
They say the older country music has died and I refuse to beleive that and will keep writing to keep it alive
and I have a ton of writers to join me in keeping it alive. I have been on the road for over 18 years playing
with some of the greats.I love it but as the years keep growing on me I tend to stay home more writing music.
I am a member of BMI and at times work with Bravado Publishing BMI owend By My Friend JD Cole. I learned from
one of the great writers named Jim Carrol who wrote Little Ol Dime Of Gold and Stand At Your Window for the
late Jim Reeves. I come from a strong musical familyand background. And still to this day continue the tradition.
I strongly beleive that if it was not for the songwriter there would be no music at all. And they never
get enough recognition for there efforts and work. I do everything possible to help with that in anyway I can.
I take a huge amount of pride in what I do and always go the extra 110% to get out the best possible country
music I can put out there. I don't write for money as much as I write to give everyone something to enjoy in
country music.
I like writing & recording music and performing it. Also like photography as well as fishing and spending
my Saturdays or Sundays BBQing and watching nascar races. I am a huge nascar Fan.
