2by2 Ministries is a ministry founded by Kendrick “Knowledge” Williams, located in Beaumont, Texas. God placed the vision on Knowledge to take rap and music and share them with the world through the message of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Since 2001, Knowledge has recorded gospel-rap music. In 2006, 2by2 was formed with long-time friend and brother Shayee “Shay” Wingate. Fans and followers witnessed the dynamic of how the two could minister the gospel in rap form. Their powerful dynamic helped to get the gospel message out to those who would have never heard it any other way. Lives were impacted, and their fan base grew. The group’s described as having the skill to articulate “rhapsodic sermons over melodies” while setting an atmosphere for people to praise and worship God everywhere: church, events, at home, or in the car. 2by2 secured a fan base that are still truly blessed by their music and ministry. After nearly eight years of performing together, the gospel rap group 2by2 has decided to embark on separate platforms, thus ministering as rappers and ministers of the gospel. Knowledge of 2by2 and 2by2Ministries still maintain their duty and dedication to spreading the message of Jesus Christ through many media outlets such as Youtube, Facebook, blogs, church events, and other ministerial formats.
