Having been brought up in the Christian Church, music has been an integral part of my life, since the day I entered this world. My mother was a singer with her 5 sisters, in her father’s church. The challenges for an artist are never ending where performing on big stages were exclusively reserved for the George Benson & Jonathan Butlers of this world, however, I’ve achieved the privilege of performing amongst these great artists. Having opened for Jonathan Butler in CPT (2008) and performing at the Executive Banquet at the SAMA’s 2010, I believe, my musical growth as an artist and producer, will develop in years to come and many more platforms will open-up! Having being privileged to perform at the Ambassadors Ball for the Inauguration of the president of the USA and also touring the US and the rest of the world is a dream come true. I intend to continue the Kent Smoke Productions brand that services SA Artists in song production and one day to be a part of being an influence and inspiration to those who will follow the SA Music industry Legacies.
