Music is the life and soul blood of me. I've been doing this for thirty years and I'm still learning. I've been in garage bands that never played one gig to bands that opened for artists such as the late Gill Scott- Herron, big bands and little bands Started out on percussion and graduated to the keys. I've learned a lot but there is so much more to learn and my journey is far from, over.
I started singing at New Hope Baptist Church in high school.
I’ve been writing songs since the early eighties and learning to play piano since about the middle of the eighties.
Darryl Owens, Menlo Van, Duke Williams and myself formed the Sha-doos shortly after that. We wanted to do something that wasn’t being done on the music scene in the Denver area. We wanted to play our own music.
Nicknames= Toby, T-man and T.
Experience= Percussionist and poet with the Mighty Apocalypse in college.
Percussions and vocals for Jimmy Cook and Cookin’
Lead and background vocals, songwriter, arranger and keyboards with the Sha-doos
Lead and background vocals & keyboards for James Moore and the Mighty K.O.s
Lead vocalist for the band Base 10.
The current CD project is my first attempt at the production level. My partner and I will give you nothing short of our best.

Where are you headed?

This is the test of what we're made from, where do you want to go in this life? The question is a difficult one to answer if you don't know what you want and or you have fear that what other people think somehow has an effect on what you can accomplish. Don't be shocked that one day all the dreams you had have passed you buy, because you let someone else control your thoughts, your actions. To dream is one thing, to get out and create the opportunity to fulfill those dreams this is where you want to be going and only you have the ability to create these opportunities for yourself. As I say, every day that you're here gives you the chance to make your life better and maybe in the process make someone else's better as well. T. - See more at: http://morshado.com/blog/

Music is in everything that we do, it's in the voice of the newborn child and in the sounds that we hear everyday, whether it's harmonic or slightly off kilter. It's always there from the sound of the wind and rain to the cars and buses that take us to all destinations. If you sit back and listen nature has its own beat and cadence we're all just walking in rhythm. Peace T.
