Age (almost 68) Retired. My wife teaches at a local university. I have an extensive back ground in home and auto sound systems. I live in a mountainous area with cold winters with lots of snow. As a hobby I build vibrational therapy beds. I special order small speakers then tune them to a specific frequencies with the use of small 'rare earth' magnets inserted directly into the magnetic field. Rare earth magnets will de-magnetize ferrite magnets so I have to use shielding. After tuning the speakers I call them pulsars and place them in arrays at various locations in the therapy bed thus allowing the 'feel' of different musical instruments at various locations of the bed. The end result is you can feel the music as well as listen to it through headphones.
I have a friend by the name of Dannion Brinkley http://www.dannion.com/ that, among other things is the CEO of the 'Twilight Brigade, which is an all volunteer association that has over 6000 volunteers that sit with dieing Veterans in VA hospitals around the US. Dannion asked me to build a therapy bed for use at the Greater Los Angeles, Calif. VA Hospital. I was paid for materials to build the bed but the rest was volunteer. My interest in "SOUNDCLICK' is, after purchasing their music, to seek permission to use this music in the therapy bed. Most of our patients are suffering from PTSD. Plus we will also treat patients suffering with with cancer pain or are unable to walk for various for various reasons.
