Jay King was born December 22, 1987 as James Kingsberry in Washington D.C. Known his whole life as being very mature and different from his peers understood a lot as a child and was taught independence at a early age. After loosing his mother at the age of 8 years-old many would argue that Jay King raised his-self. With Jay King's first love being basketball overtime learned that was not what God had planned for him and began writing and rapping at the age of 13. The later on at the age of 16 began getting into production. At the age of 17 Jay King lost his father and at that point fueled everything in his life into passion toward his writing. At the age of 19, while going through a lot emotionally and financially Jay Joined the Army reserve, and then was deployed to Iraq at the age of 23 in 2010. Shortly after returning home Jay was spotting by an modeling agency asked about his interested in starting a modeling/acting career. His first gig was an extra in a hip hop club scene of a Spike Lee series called "Da Brick". Gaining knowledge, experience, and networking in the entertainment industry, from working with independent labels and working for Radio-One, Jay King was recruited as Head of Promotions for an upcoming record label called Aimek Entertainment. While gaining knowledge and experience working under Aimek Entertainment, Jay King decided to working toward his childhood dream of owning his own record label, Royal Flush Fam. Being the first artist on his label he drop his first solo project as an artist and under his label on April 1, 2013, a mixtape titled "Hear Me Out". The mixtape attracted a start of followers into to lyrical aggression. Most of Jay King's followers and fan would categorize him as multi-talented, lyrical, lyrically aggressive, diverse, and loyal & genuine in his love for music. Utilizing all of the talents and Knowledge God has given him, he strives and drives toward Ultimate Greatness.....
