Born in raised in Greenville,Sc . Lola Mcintyre grew up around a family of aspiring musicians and songwriters.She discovered her voice around 6 years old. "I remember my grandmother bought me my first small karoake machine at six and that's when I started singing for my family at family events and singing with childhood friends . I remember in the 3rd grade being the strongest singer in my chorus class and constantly receiving praise and recognition for my voice, and in the fourth grade I remember being pulled out of class and the music teacher asking me if i would be lead singer for tow other classmates in the school talent show singing whitney houston "step by step". it was funny because we were wearing the teacher's husband white button down shirts and black stockings, however we won over the crowd coming in second place."Says the songtress. Lola became inspired and decided to enter her second talent show in the 5th grade. In the sixth grade the school didn't have a chorus so she decided to expand her musical talents and started playing the clarinet with the school band in order to stay in touch with her musical side ,however her passion was still very strong for singing.
