A proud alumni of Alabama A&M University, collegiate athlete with cum lade honors, 5th grade teacher audio engineering teacher, and student of Intellectual Property law at Widener University, Tracey Quake has established a great foundation to the success of his childhood hopes and dreams. Tracey began creating beats on Fruity Loops in the 9th grade during his Physical Science class with the permission of his favorite professor Mr. Bythewood given that he finished his work early and scored a touchdown in the football game the previous week. The hobby developed into a business when Tracey met his soon to be mentor and longtime business partner, Big Riz, at his ex-girlfriend's family Christmas gathering.
During college, Tracey used his profits off the beats he sold to pay for his living expenses in Huntsville, Alabama and network with other aspiring artists around campus. While in Huntsville, Tracey networked with Alabama star, "Jackie Chain", and during the summer breaks he was mentored by Wu-Tang affiliate, Ace The Future.
In the fall of 2009, Tracey experienced a sever concussion during the training camp of his junior year. The experience kept him limited from outdoor activities and exposure to sunlight. Tracey used his downtime to further develop his production quality and techniques as well as his creative writing.
Tracey is currently in law school in Wilmington, DE, using the proceeds of his beats to support his schooling expenses.
