19-year-old Jonathon Terrel Eley better known by his stage name “J Terrel” is an American Hip Hop Recording Artist from Preston, Georgia. In 2010 he began recording to work on getting recognition. Always having musical interest as a child he started off at the age of 14 in the Christian industry where he performed at various places and events, eventually people started to know his name. His mission was to always be a positive figure in the world. With that vision he stepped into the Hip Hop industry in early 2012 to soon began working on his debut mix tape entitled “The Travel”, expected to be released Fall 2013. He’s not only an Artist but he is also a Producer, Musician and Actor. Artist such as J Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Algee Smith and many others influence him. Some of his accomplishments in his career have varied throughout the years. J Terrel has performed at different colleges, he is widely known for his school anthems that have been seen on the news. He is also known as a outstanding Actor, winning several awards for best male actor in state Georgia competitions.
