Biography
Born in the mountains of West Virginia, then rushed off to Northeast Ohio at an early age. Exposed me to both an inner city & country lifestyle. This was a huge factor that lead to my diverse musical tastes.
It was the 1980's hip hop grooves of L.L. Cool J.....Kurtis Blow....Tone Loc....& Young MC that initially inspired my love of rap music. Although my influences ranged from 80's rock and Heavy Metal ....Blues...& Funk in addition to hip hop.
As the early 1990's gangsta rap revolution was taking over the radio airwaves and MTV. I spent some time in Texas listening to such artists as U.G.K. , The Geto Boys ,& Fifth Ward Boyz. Then in 1992 i was off to southern California. Further honing my flow rapping along to Dr. Dre , Spice 1 & Tupac Shakur.
So by the time i arrived in North Carolina i was combining that gangsta rap flow with heavy metal grooves. Fronting several bands in the area & coming into my own as a composer,producer,lyricist & live performer.Even further still i have worked continuously on improving my skills on lead guitar ,bass guitar & rock/metal vocals in addition to my rhymes.
So it is with the fire and intensity of a Dimebag Darrell guitar solo & the soul & funk-o-licious groove of a prince hook. That i set out on this next leg of my musical journey. Diving into the under belly of Hip Hop and using all the tools in my arsenal i am inventing my
