I am simply me, a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, a grandmother and a Marine.
To say more or less would not simply be who I am...
I am me, plain and simple. I can be the simplest person to understand while being very complex as well. I love long conversation and quiet moments when neither of us need say a word.
For me it is the simple things that really matter most... family friends, my hobbies.. and such.. I love camping, fishing and have no problem with getting my hands dirty.. though I do enjoy a long hot bath or shower as well.. I do enjoy sports and when I can I love to get out and watch the local schools football teams... as well as baseball. I also watch them on the telly when I can.
Having been born in Scotland had many advantages...most of which was doing that which I can..I know a little about a lot..enough to get me through life comfortably or numb.. hehe
I have a good sense of humor and I am often found in one of my favorite places...the kitchen cooking or baking.. or at my desk writing... (yes I still write a lot long hand.. love the feel of a pencil to paper as I create.)
By trade and by choice I am a writer and I am most of the time...working on a script or book but I also am frequently inspired to write something new.
Music is my muse..as well as my life stream... without my tunes I feel boxed up and blocked to my inspirations..so whether listening to it on my player in the car or live...I always have music in my heart..I am always grateful for my notebook because the oddest of times I find myself moved to write something. I have worked along with the music field before and I do play a little.
I am sometimes a teacher...but always the student...soaking up everything I can about everything I can.. I love to work with wood and clay as well as paints or pasta.
There is so much about me that to write it here would take quite a while.. so I will save the rest for a nice conversation.
