I am a procussionalist-by nature,(mainly trap drums, hand drums, ect.) In 1993 I got involved with digital instruments, drum machines, digital electronic keyboards and snyths. For maybe 3 years I messed around with Hip hop, electronic dance instrumentals music and just had fun creating and composing music. In that short span of time, I also started to compose lyrics to add to some of my instrmentals. From Hip hop lyrics to R/B Urband music and the diffrent kinds of Blues music. (Delta, Chicargo, ect) My real love I found was in composing Jazz music. I tried experimenting with all forms of Jazz music,(Classic, Progressive, Latin, Comtemporary,Funk,Smooth,Adcid,ect.) I even composed a Reggae peice.
I'm now just rying to learn to play the damn piano/keyboard. lol
No, I just need to find a teacher that can teach me to play the piano/keyboard using my own music.
