Rubin Lajaunne Fuller Dean, born to the late Rosetta L. Dean mother, Luther Fuller father. 1975, was the year that life began for a distinguish gentleman. Unfortunately, I was raised without a father. I remember when I was three years old, the first time I remember seeing my father was in his casket. Fatherless, but blessed, my first cousin Torrence Williams, a.k.a. T-bone, step-in as a father figure. I was a chunky fellah; everybody said I would be a football player. I didn’t even know what a football player was at the time. I had to be five or seven years old. I was into break dancing; I did the pop locking though. My late brother David Earl Washington and I use to walk around with a radio battling people in pop locking. Around this time, the break dancing movies were at the show. Beat Street and Break Dancing, were the movies that influence people everywhere. Nobody, thought hip-hop would ever go, as far as, it has today. It was said before that hip-hop would not go far. After I seen Run DMC perform Walk This Way, I knew then that hip-hop would be a success. My God brother Tavache a.k.a. Tr1fe and I went from break dancing to dancing to rapping. After I graduated from 8th grade I stop rapping. I had to concentrate on school and sports. I loved playing football; I mean you actually were able to inflict pain on your opponent. Wrestling was my thing to, slamming and choking out your competitor; wow, it was all done legally. After I graduated high school, I just started working to support my twins, Robyn and Rubin Jr. Dean. 1995. I was asked to return to the rap game. I started recording on the two-inch tapes, masterpiece after masterpiece. Known as Napalm, Tr1fe and I, performed occasionally. Even though, other people or groups called their self Napalm, we stuck with it and added D.O.B. Da original bomber, Death over betrayal. Now we just say D.O.B. Music or D.O.B Mafia. I myself, put over twenty years into hip-hop, mainly hard-core rap music. Running around in the streets at a young age, made it easy for me to express my self in my music. Eventually, I found out writing songs were not all it takes to become famous. After pursuing my dream for many years, I decided to farther my education in the field of Visual Communication. Still my love for music is too strong to stop.
