Last True Story is a collection of acoustic emo rock songs. Inspired by the likes of Secondhand Serenade, Rookie of the Year and The Early November with some subtle undertones of Alkaline Trio, Coheed and Cambria and Silverstein. Broader influences include Bob Dylan, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Eric Clapton, The Eagles, The Beach Boys, Nirvana, The Smashing Pumpkins, Dave Grohl, Aaron Lewis, Scott Russo, Jon Foreman and many others. All songs are self-written, -performed, -produced and -engineered.
