Life has its up and downs and it is what we make out of those moments that defines our character and oftentimes our future Given the name Dexter H Rahming, he uses "Eli which means Yahweh is my God. Music for Eli is his greatest form of expression, his passion and his heart; music is his connection to God and the world. Born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas he began singing publicly at the age of 17 and began writing at about thirteen (13)years of age. He sung in the local Baptist and Anglican choir and other local events where he gain confidence and his stage presence. His music influences were the likes of Micheal Jackson, Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, R. Kelly and Justin Timberlake. Gospel influences are Hillsongs, Newlife Worship and Jesus Culture. What he hopes to eventually create with his music is a sound and an influence that's not so religious but righteous and real with a positive message about love, peace, hope, faith, love and God. In truth he believes that you are either good or bad, hot or cold, right or wrong, in or out. He represents gospel which is truth not religion. His motto; One God, One Hope, One Faith, One Love.
