D_Boy Keon was born and raised in the Southeast Washington DC. A Rap artist and producer, he is also a member of The Minnesota Dope Boys. He decided to work on his solo career expanding the Dope Boys Brand, and being able to venture out on his own as a solo artist. He is currently working on his debut Mixape, producing and recording with up and coming artists from the DMV and from all across the nation.
D_Boy Keon writes about the struggles of being a young man having nothing striving to have everything. He raps from the heart, and doesn’t rap about things he didn’t personally experienced. He has collaborated with Atlantic Records artist Maino for the single “Throw Them 50’s Out”, and also colaborated with newly signed to No Limit records DC's Fat Trel.
