My professional name is Dakota and I have been a singer/song writer since I was a young teen. I began writing songs in the form of poems around the age of 10. I was able to turn a lot of these poems into songs by the age of 12 or 13. I began recording myself singing by the time I was 14. Singing is my biggest passion and it is the thing that gets me the most excited. I feel there is no better way to express yourself than through carefully written and well executed songs. I love to have the ability to help people feel the emotions that I have contained in my songs.
