My dad named me after the band, so obviously he was a huge Rush fanatic. Still is. My first big interests in music came around 13, and I picked up a guitar at 14. Played mostly old school classic rock; Zeppelin to Floyd to Rush to Beatles, but became heavily interested in metal, particularly progressive metal at around age 17.
