I am a middle aged divorcee, with 2 awesome adult children and 1 fantastic grandson. My family means the world to me, I have a Sister and a Brother whom both have been there for me through good and hard times.
I’ve been knitting, crocheting, cross stitching, sewing and quilting most of my life. Everyone in my family and dear friends cherish my gifted projects.
Just recently I’ve been involved in making knitted hats for our troops overseas, and dish cloths for battered women. I usually have 2 or three projects in the works at a time cause I tend to get board doing only one. This has a disadvantage though, comming too close to deadline of finishing projects. I find myself up weee hours in the mornings to finish. Joining this site I hope to meet others just like me.
