I was born an inquisitive child in Tehran. Although classical Persian music and songs were overflowing in my paternal household, learning the basic santoor in high school was my overture to the arts. Barely a teenager, I was introduced to the art of photography and soon the combination of sound and picture inevitably led me to the magical world of cinema; yet to this day, music is an inseparable part of my existence. The first step was obtaining a film & Television Production and Post Production Diploma in Toronto where the experience of co-creating 2 short films as well as working as a music video editor were among the recent highlights.
