As Sargent in the military, Marcus Marcell knew how to take charge of things and that’s exactly what he did in 2012 when he took charge of his music career by founding Marcus Marcell Music. As an avid music lover, Marcus found himself singing tunes of several legends while infusing his own unique sound. With his smooth vocals with sultry undertones, Marcus Marcell is the perfect blend of contemporary soul and today’s R & B artist. His melodic runs and catchy hooks are reminiscent of the greats, such as Stevie Wonder and Smoky Robinson, yet his style falls in line with Today’s Hip Hop.
