Out of the streets of AZ, born in Phoenix and raised in Mesa became a talented individual labled as Michael Smith, who later would be named...Budha. Country Club Drive and 8th Avenue is where he was brought up and many of times he'd been sent to the corner Circle K store with a hand-written note from his mother to purchase cigarettes for her. His mother has since passed away at the age of 18 of natural but extremely early causes, but that did not discourage the young talent who then uses the trials and tribulations of his turmoils as his inspiration for his music. His father also passes at the age of 22 which he believes is directly related to his father having a broken heart. He has since then taken custody of his one and only younger sister who of which has more than a 12 year age difference from him. "Music is a passion that lives on through many artist but the real passion is music lived on!" said by Budha aka Michael Smith.
