Me'ko Suave (Eriq Hunt) was born on October 5 in Tulsa Oklahoma. At a young age he developed a passion and love for music in what it seemed like almost every genre. By age 4 he was memorising lyrics to almost every song that he heard. At age 6 Me'ko had moved out of Oklahoma to various states which included Arkansas Missouri and Texas. Me'ko's passion for music begin to grow more while he was introduced to more genres of music as he moved around. Being the only boy (and oldest) of 5 sisters he knew that his talent for music an wordplay would not be just a hobby. As Me'ko got older he would carry a notepad with him everywhere he went thus getting him in a lot of trouble at school for not paying attention and writing constantly. By age 14 his skills with wordplay had gotten stronger and he was able to manipulate words. At the age of 15 Me'ko had already become a nuisance at school getting expelled and among other things arrested an sent to jail for possession an distribution on school property. Me'ko bounced back from his troubles in 07' an independently put out his 1st mixtape entitled Worth The Wait which was short lived. In the summer of 09' Mecco attended Oklahoma State University an co-founded Block Bleedin' Productions with close friend Kyle Maynard. Me'ko left school an begin to better pursue his passion for music staying up til morning every night in the studio not to mention writing.
